Course Features

Focus your attention on the world around you in order to calm your mind. Even if you have already experienced mindfulness or made yourself a calming jar, it's helpful to be reminded to pay more attention sometimes.
Catch Your Breath
Learn techniques for queiting your mind and focusing your energies. Even if you don't believe that meditation is something that you can do, you'll find that five minutes can be a gift you should be giving yourself regularly.
